Slack Launches New Investment Fund, Slack Fund

Slack
has
launched
its own investment fund, the
Slack Fund
, which is funding companies that connect to its tools. Slack said the new fund will back new companies that "bring more streamlined workflows" to the platform. As part of the launch of the fund, Slack has made investments in eleven companies:
Statsbot

SwayFinance
;
Guru
;
Bold
;
Demisto
;
DataFox
;
Troops
;
WorkRamp
;
Synervoz
;
Twine
; and
Donut
. All make software tools that operate in the Slack environment.
