In a sign of strong demand for its IPO, San Francisco-based
AppDynamics bumped its estimated IPO offering range in a filing on Monday, raising its estimates of its initial IPO price to between $12.00 and $14.00 per share, up from an earlier $10.00 to $12.00 per share. The company is looking to sell 12,000,000 shares of its stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market as APPD. AppDynamics is venture backed by Greylock Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Insitutional Venture Partners (IVP), Kleiner Perkin Caufield & Byers, General Atlantic, and others.
