Equinix Buys UK Data Center Business
Redwood City-based Equinix announced this morning that it has acquired the UK data center business of IO. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. IO's Data Center business, which was based in Slough, will be renamed LD10. The companies said that IO UK had revenues of approximately $1.4 million between its opening in 2015 and December 31, 2015.
