Redwood Shores-based Saba Software, which develops cloud-based, human resources and talent management software, will acquire Ottawa, Canada-based Halogen Software, the two said on Thursday. Saba Software will pay CAD$12.50 per share, or approximately CAD$293M, for Halogen Software. Saba Software is owned by Vector Capital, and is led by CEO Pervez Qureshi.
