Saba Software Acquires Lumesse
Dublin, California-based Saba Software, which develops talent development software, said on Monday that it has acquired Lumesse, a European provider of software for the talent acquisition, talent management, and learning area. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Saba is owned by private equity investor Vector Capital.
