LocusLabs Lands $3.5M For Indoor Mapping Technology

LocusLabs
, a developer of indoor mapping technology, aimed a bringing something similar to Google's "Street View" to indoor locations, has raised $3.5M in a Series A funding round. The funding came from air transport communications company SITA and Acorn Pacific Ventures. The company is providing its indoor mapping to airports, and says its technology has been deployed at over 70 airports worldwide. Campbell Kennedy is CEO and Co-Founder of LocusLabs.
