Zyme Acquired By Insight Venture Partners For $100M
Redwood Shores-based Zyme, a developer of channel marketing and sales management software, has been acquired by Insight Venture Partners, in a deal worth more than $100M. According to Zyme, it had reached a definitive agreement to sell a majority ownership to Insight, with a buyout of a majority of existing investors and shareholders of the company, including early investor Susquehanna Growth Equity. Chandran Sankaran is CEO of Zyme.
