Deep Sentinel, a developer of artificial intelligence tools which are being applied to home security, has raised $7.4M in a Series A funding, the company said on Monday. The funding was led by Shasta Ventures, and also included Bezos Expeditions, Lux Capital, and UP2398, the personal investment arm of Pierre Omidyar. Deep Sentinel is led by CEO David Selinger and co-founder Winston Chen.
