Branch Metrics Lands $3M For Mobile Deep Linking

Palo Alto-based Branch Metrics, a developer of software to "deep link" information via mobile apps, said today that it has raised $3M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by New Enterprise Assocaites (NEA), and also included Pejman Mar Ventures, Ben Narasin and TriplePoint Capital. The company said that NEA's Scott Sandell and Forest Baskett, as well as Prejman Mar Ventures' Mar Hershenson will advise the company with the investment.
