Flex Logix Finds $5M For FPGAs

, a developer of embedded FPGA software and IP, said today that it has raised $5M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by Lux Capital and Eclipse Ventures, and included the Tate Family Trust. The company said the funding goes towards its sales, applications and engineering teams. The company's CEO is Geoff Tate, who was also the founding CEO of Rambus.
