InvenSense Acquisition By TDK Completes
The $1.3 billion acquisition of San Jose-based
InvenSense
is now complete, according to Japanese buyer
TDK
. TDK paid $13.00 per share in cash for InvenSense, for a total acquisition prie of approximately $1.3 billion. TDK announced the acquisition in December of 2016. InvenSense is a developer of MEMs technology, used for inertial navigation and other motion sensing applications.
