Rocket Fuel Acquired By Sizmek For $145M
Redwood City-based < href="http://www.rocketfuel.com">Rocket Fuel, a developer of media optimization and online advertising software, said this morning that it has reached a definitive agreement to be acquired by Sizmek. The deal is worth approximately $145M. Sizmek is owned by Vector Capital. Rocket Fuel said Sizmek will pay $2.60 per share in cash for the company.
