Flock Finds $3.5M For HR Software
San Francisco-based Flock, a developer of human resources software said it has raised $3.5M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by The Hartford, and also included the company's existing investors. According to Flock, it will use the funding to accelerate market expansion and ongoing development. Flock's CEO is Raj Singh. Flock develops a software platform to manage human resources (HR), benefits, and compliance.
