Flock Finds $15M
Redwood City-based Flock said today that it has completed a $15M, Series D round of venture funding. The funding was led by Fidelity Ventures, and also included Bessemer Venture Partners, Catamount Ventures, and Shasta Ventures. Flock said that the new funding will go towards growth capital, including research and development and marketing. Flock develops a web browser, based on Mozilla, which incorporates social networking features.
