Inkling Systems Acquired By Marlin Equity
San Francisco-based Inkling Systems, a developer of enterprise software for field workforce operations management, has been acquired by private equity investor Marlin Equity. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. The companies said Inkling will continue to operate from its headquarters in San Francisco with its existing executive leadership team. Inkling's customers include McDonald's,Whole Foods, Comcast, Allstate, and Kohl's. Inkling was advised by Piper Jaffray and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in the acquisition.
