Carbon Lighthouse, which owners of commercial real estate--and in particular, REITs--implement energy efficiency plans and technology, said on Tuesday that it has raised $27M in a growth equity funding round. The funding was led by GRC SinoGreen, and also included JCI Ventures, Pierre Omidyar's Ulupono Initiative,SV Tech Ventures, plus Tom Steyer's Radicle Impact Partners; Steve Girsky, former Vice Chairman of GM; Ekistic Ventures; and JB Straubel, Tesla’s Co-Founder and current CTO.
