Atempo Acquires Email Archive Firm
Palo Alto-based Atempo said today that it has acquired Lighthouse Global Technologies, a developer of an email archiving software package. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Atempo said it will integrate its e-mail archiving software with Lighthouses's file archiving technology. Lighthouse Global Technologies was based in Greenwich, CT. Atempo is venture backed by Intel Capital, Ridgewood Capital, Steelpoint Capital Partners and Vision Capital.
