San Francisco-based
6sense, which develops AI and machine learning tools used for account-based marketing, has acquired Los Altos-based
ZenIQ, a developer of account-based marketing and sales orchestration software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to 6sense, it will integrate's ZenIQ's technology and employees into the company, with all investors in both companies remaining as investors in the joint company. ZenIQ had raised funding from Costanoa Ventures and Salesforce Ventures. 6Sense's investors include Salesfoce Ventures, Battery Ventures, Venrock, as well as Silicon Valley Bank.
