Applitools Adds $8M For AI Testing Tools
San Mateo-based Applitools, a developr of artificial intelligence software used for automating visual testing, has raised $8M in a funding round, the company said this week. The funding was led by Sierra Ventures, and also included Bessemer Venture Partners, Magma Venture Partners, iAngels and La Maison. The company says it has now raised $15M in total. Tim Guleri of Sierra Ventures joins the company's board as a result of the new funding. Applitools is led by CEO Gil Sever.
