HeadSpin, a developer of software aimed at helping improve mobile performance, has raised $20M in a Series B funding round. The funding came from ICONIQ, Battery Ventures, EQT Ventures, Kearny Jackson, plus angels Adam D'Angelo, Ross Mason, and Ryan Hoover. HeadSpin's existing investors include GV, Telstra Ventures, DanHua Capital, Nexus Ventures Partners, NextWorld Capital, and others. HeadSpin's co-founders are Manish Lachwani and Brien Colwell.
