Linden Lab Names CFO
San Francisco-based virtual worlds firm Linden Lab said yesterday that it has appointed Bob Komin as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Komin was previously at solar energy firm Solexel, and also served at Tellme Networks, Cincinnati Bell, and Convergys. Linden Lab, which runs the Second Life virtual world, said it had $567M in user-to-user transactions in Second Life in 2009.
