Hayward-based Singulex has raised $10.5M in equity and debt in a Series C funding, the firm said today. Singulex raised the round from Fisk Venture and Prolog Ventures and an undisclosed investor. The equity portion was worth $8M. The additional financing came from GE Capital, which provided one million dollars, and 1.5M in debt from Bridge Bank. The firm is developing a single molecule detection system for use in research and pharmaceutical labs.
