Logitech Buys Slim Devices
Mountain View-based Slim Devices has been acquired by Logitech, according to the firm's CEO Sean Adams. Adams posted in the firm's online discussion forums today that Logitech is acquiring the firm, which makes digital audio players. Slim Devices will remain in Mountain View, and all of its employees have joined Logitech. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Angel-backed Slim Devices is the manufacturer of the Squeezebox and Transporter wireless music devices.
