Logitech Buys Jaybird For $95M
Newark, California-based
Logitech International
said this week that it has acquired
Jaybird
, a developer of wireless headphones, in a deal worth $50M in cash, and up to $45M in earnout. Jaybird was founded in 2008. Logitech said the acquisition will help it expand into the wireless audio wearables market. Jaybird was based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
