Update: Logitech Acquires Slim Devices For $20M
Logitech announced late last night that it has acquired Slim Devices for $20M, plus performance-based payments, confirming the news we reported yesterday. Logitceh said that it acquired Slim Devices for its expertise in entwork-based music delivery and high-quality audio. The company will become a group within Logitech's Entertainment and Communications business unit.
