msystems Acquisition By SanDisk Gets Shareholder Approval
Milpitas-based SanDisk and Israeli flash memory firm msystems announced this morning that shareholders of msystems have approved the firm's acquisition by SanDisk. The acquisition was first announced on July 30th. The firm said that the transaction remains subject to Israeli court approval and customary closing conditions. The deal is worth approximately $1.55B.
