Cambridge Display Buys Assets Of Next Sierra
Cambridge, UK-based Cambridge Display Technology said today that it has acquired the assets of Mountain View-based Next Sierra. Next Sierra is a designer of chipsets of P-OLED/OLED displays. Financial terms of the all-stock deal were not disclosed. Cambridge Display Technology said that it will acquire Next Sierra's assets and key technical personnel, who will be used to execute the design and commercialization of its next generation OLED technology.
