Mayfield Invests In Tejas Networks, Indian VC Fund
Menlo Park-based Mayfield Fund said today that it has invested in two Indian firms, Tejas Networks, a provider of next generation optical networking products, and Seedfund, a seed stage venture capital firm. The firm said that the investments marked its first direct investments in India. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed. Navin Chaddha of Mayfield joins the board of Tejas Networks in conjunction with the deal.
