Global Netoptex Buys Partner
San Jose-based Global Netoptex, a provider of managed hosting service, said this morning that it has acquired Online Game Services, Inc. (OGSi) in a $3M deal. Online Game Services, inc. provides dedicated hosting environments for game companies. The two are existing partners.
