Solinea Acquired By Unitas Global
San Francisco-based Solinea, which helps enterprises with cloud adoption, has been acquired by Los Angeles-based hybrid cloud operator Unitas Global. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. According to Unitas Global, the addition of the Solinea team will help its position as a trusted advisor and partner to its clients. Solinea was based in San Francisco, with offices in New York City, South Korea, and Japan.
