Athena Design Systems Finds $4M
Santa Clara-based Athena Design Systems has raised $4M in a Series B round, the firm announced today. The company, which is developing semiconductor design tools for physical design, said that the funding included new investors PhillipCapital and NTT Finance Corporation, along with existing investors Woodside Fund, Asset Management Company, and Draper Richards. This round brings the company's total raised to $8.2M.
