Brilliant Telecommunications Extends Series A
Campbell, California-based Brilliant Telecommunications has extended the firm's Series A funding, saying that it has closed its Series A round at $7.1M. The funding was led by ONSET Ventures, and also include Asset Management, Draper Associates, Draper Richards, and Intellect Capital Ventures. The round was originally closed in June of 2006 at $6.9M. Susan Mason of ONSET and Richard Simoni of Asset Management have joined the company's board as a result of the funding. Brilliant develops network timing protocol (NTP) technology and hardware.
