HP Buys Bristol Technology
Palo Alto-based HP said today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Danbury, Conn.-based Bristol Technology. Bristol is a provider of technology for monitoring business transactions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close within approximately 30 days.
