RSA Buys Valyd Software Private Ltd.
RSA announced at the RSA Conference in San Francisco today that it is acquiring Hyderabad, India-based Valyd Software Private Ltd., for an undisclosed amount. Massachusetts-based RSA said that the move is part of a major expansion of its enterprise data protection strategy. Valyd provides technology for protecting database systems and sensitive data in files.
