GI Partners Buys Logibec
San Francisco-based private equity investor GI Partners has acquired Canadian healthcare IT company Logibec from another private equity firm, OMERS Private Equity. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Logibec is a healthcare It company focused on development, marketing, implementation, and support of clinical and administrative information systems, and employs over 300. The company is based in Montreal.
