Xradia Raises Series D Round
Concord, California-based Xradia said this afternoon that it has raised $7.0M in a Series D funding round from Harris & Harris Group and others. The firm said that a strategic investor and prior round investor also were involved, but did not disclose the names of those investors. Xradia is a manufacturer of ultra-high resolution 3D X-ray microscopes. Harris & Harris had announced $4.0M of the round earlier in January.
