Cisco Passes Antitrust Hurdle
Cisco Systems said today that the waiting period for the firm's acquisition of WebEx under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act was terminated Friday. The firm said that the firm's tender offer for WebEx subject to regulatory approval for authorities outside the United States. The deal for WebEx is worth $2.9B.
