nCircle Acquires Cambia
San Francisco-based nCircle announced today that it has acquired Cambia Security, a provider of configuration auditing software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. nCircle said that the acquisition will allow its customers to manage their security risk and automate compliance and auditing efforts. nCircle is a provider of security risk and compliance management software; Cambia's software is used to discover and monitor system configurations.
