Dreamerz Counts $10M In Funding
San Francisco-based Dreamerz Foods has raised $10M in a Series B round for the firm's natural foods targeted at healthy sleep and stress reduction. The funding came from Physic Ventures, Dean Foods Company and Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd., along with original investors Burrill & Company, Great Spirit Ventures, Prolog Ventures, and Unilever Ventures. Dreamerz develops foods targeted at helping people sleep. The firm is headed by Amanda Steele, a former executive at Nestle USA.
