Coupa Counts $6M
Foster City-based Coupa Software, a developer of electronic procurement software, has raised $6M in a new funding round, the firm said Wednesday. The Series B funding round came from Battery Ventures, along with Series A investor BlueRun Ventures. According to Coupa, Mark Sherman of Battery Ventures joins the company's board along with the funding. Coupa's software is used by small and mid sized businesses to manage product procurement.
