Nanometrics Sells Product Lines
Milpitas-based Nanometrics, a provider of metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry, said Thursday that it has completed the sale of two products lines. The company said that it has divested its DiVA and Yosemite product lines. The firm's DiVA product lines are used by the RF microwave industry. That line was sold to Auriga Measurement Systems LCL of Lowell, Mass. The firm also said that its Yosemite CD-SEM metrology system line has been sold to SNU Precision Co. Ltd, a Korean semiconductor equipment company. No financial terms of either deal were disclosed.
