U4EA Gets $16M For Expansion
Fremont-based U4EA said today that it has raised $16M in a funding round, to expand the firm's hosted VoIP services to the PBX segment. The funding came from IIU Nominees Limited, Bluehone Investors LLP, and Singer & Friedlander. The company said that the funding will go towards expanding the firm's service beyond hosted VoIP, towards IP PBX and traditional PBX segments. The round brings the company's total funding to $30M.
