Pay By Touch Appoints CFO
San Francisco-based Pay By Touch announced Monday that it has added Robert M. Sigler as CFO. Sigler is co-founder and President of the Global Trust Ventures private equity fund, a major investor in the firm. Pay By Touch said that Sigler has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, investment banking, and other related areas, and has served at Sanford Bernstein, Credit Suisse, Pricewaterhouse, and the Financial Accounting Foundation. Pay By Touch develops biometric hardware for the retail industry.
