Zivity Finds $1M For Adult Site
San Francisco-based Zivity, an adult site focused on female pinup photos and models, said Monday that it has raised $1M from private investors in a Series A investment. Investors were not disclosed. The firm, which bills itself as a "social media platform," allows women to post pinup-style photos and says that it sits at the intersection of "MySpace, Playboy magazine, and American Idol." The firm is currently in private beta. Zivity is headed by Scott Banister, co-founder of IronPort Systems.
