Prosoft Acquires myStock Software Line
Pleasanton-based Prosoft Engineering has acquired myStock, a stock portfolio monitoring software application for the Apple Macintosh, from its maker, Bare Reef LLC. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Prosoft said it would use the acquisition to develop a stock portfolio monitoring application for the Mac, which will be marketed under the name Stox. Prosoft said it will take on all future development and support for the product.
