Prosoft Buys BlueChip Software
Pleasanton-based Prosoft Engineering, a developer of utility software for the Macintosh platform, has acquired Eyenovation Multimedia LLC's BlueChip products, the firms said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The firms said that the acquisition will aid Prosoft with development of a stock portfolio monitoring application for the Mac.
