Shipwire Raises $4M
Sunnyvale-based Shipwire said today that it has raised $4M in a Series A funding from Meakem Becker Venture Capital. The firm said that it has added David Becker and Glen Meakem to the firm's board as part of the funding. Shipwire operates an outsourced, warehouse and shipping service for small businesses, where the firm handles logistics and storage of merchandise at its own warehouses; the firm has warehouses in Los Angeles and Chicago.
