Shipwire Boosted By eBay, Newell Rubbermaid
Palo Alto-based Shipwire, a provider of outsource order fulfillment services for online sellers, said today that it has scored a strategic investment from eBay and Newell Rubbermaid. Financial details fo the funding were not disclosed. Shipwire said the funding will go towards expanding its services into new countries, as well as accelerate feature development of its software. Jean-Francois Van Kerckhove joins Shipwire's board from eBay, along with Amine Khechfe of Newell Rubbermaid.
