Shipwire Acquired By Ingram Micro
Palo Alto-based Shipwire, a provider of e-commerce fulfillment and supply chain management, has been acquired by Ingram Micro, the two said Monday afternoon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Shipwire will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ingram Micro, and continue to be led by founder and CEO Damon Schechter.
