Mobile phone maker Nokia said Tuesday that it has acquired Avvenu, a Palo Alto-based startup that allows mobile users to access, use, and share personal computer files using a mobile phone. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Nokia said Avvenu will become part of its new Services & Software unit. Avvenu has received venture funding from Charles River Ventures, Motorola, Silicon Valley Bank and Worldview Technology Partners.
